What do I need to bring ?
Just yourself in comfortable clothing and try not to eat beforehand.
But I can't touch my toes...
Then you need to do Yoga ! It will remove tension and allow energy to move freely around the body - you'll be touching your toes in no time.
I’m self conscious about my body
Then this is part of your practice. Yoga is about how you feel inside and not how you look. We all have things to work through. These classes are not performed in front of a wall of mirrors so you can just keep your focus on your mat and inside your body.
